With a private beach across the street, , Doctor's house is a basic, rustic, 2-bedroom cabin with a queen bed in one room, one twin plus double in the other, and a pull-out couch in the living room. It has a full eat-in kitchen as well as a private deck. There is a three-piece bathroom with toilet, vanity sink, and a basic aluminum shower.
This is not a luxury rental and the price is reflective of your access to the beautiful, private sandy beach that is across the street and exclusively shared only with other renters.
NOTE:
1. The property is on a well so you must bring your own drinking water.
2. Terrain around the property and on the beach is natural and uneven and so is unsuitable for those with wheel chairs or mobility issues
3. You must bring your own linens and towels

Summary: The pictures don't do this cottage justice. I was expecting something that looked like my Great Aunt's home, but it was in much better condition and beautifully maintained. Beach is beautiful! I understood that there was a dirt path up to the cottage and am fine with it, but it is about 2 stories up and a bit hard to carry things like a heavy cooler. I would still go back though.
